forté is a unique consulting, coaching and facilitation company.  Their approach is inherent in their name forté…. “a thing at which someone excels.” forté helps organizations and individuals discover and strengthen what they do best.  Research makes clear that organizations are more successful when they operate from a place of strength.  Their services include healthy culture assessments and planning, leadership and team development, strategic planning, and employee engagement and coaching.  

Our goal was to capture the forward, human-centric core of the business. We needed to create a mark that captured the energy and strength of the company's approach. The warm colors and softly rounded corners provide a more accessible mark - it even looks as if it's smiling back at you - while font's slight angle hints of forwards motion and progress. All this makes for a friendly, welcoming mark for a brand that is, at its core, focused on people and their strengths.
